PURPOSE: RESPONSIBLE FOR CORDINATING THE EMPLOYEE RELATIONS AND ENSURE THAT GOO LABOUR PRACTICES AND HARMONIOUS RELATIONS BETWEEN MANAGEMENT, WORKER, TRADE UNIONS AND ASSOCIATION IS MAINTAINED. ENSURE THE IMPLEMENTATION OF OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETYPROGRAM IN THE COUNCIL TO MOTIVATE EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT.
REQUIREMENTS:
BACHELORS DEGREE IN HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT/INDUTRIAL PSYCHOLOGY OR ANY RELATED FIELD. FOUR YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR POSITION OR RELATED. CERTIFICATE IN PSYCHOLOGICALCOUNSELLING WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE.
