We are seeking for a vibrant, qualified and experienced individual to provide their services and expertise in the position of:
HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER – Paterson Grading D1
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To drive the human resource agenda of the Group through effective coordination and execution of HR activities, programs and projects as well as the provision of specialist support in the
implementation of human resource policies, procedures and
practices on the day-to-day operations of the Group in order to
realise a productive work environment and Company compliance to statutory requirements.
MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• A relevant Honours Degree (NQF Level 8) in the fields of Industrial Psychology, Human Resources Management or equivalent, and a minimum of five (5) years relevant work experience in an HR generalist role.
• Candidates with independent and/ or senior and/ or supervisory HR experience will be given preference.
• A well -developed working knowledge of various Human Resource practices, the Namibian Labour Act, as well as the development and implementation of HR Policies is a prerequisite.
