Human Resource Manager
Purpose:
To manage the HR Department and being ultimately responsible for the various human resource functions, which include payroll, recruitment, staffing, data and analytics, industrial relations, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counselling.
Qualifications and Experience:
• A tertiary qualification in HR management or business management is a requirement and extensive Knowledge of and experience within an HR environment – minimum of 5 years’ experience at managerial level.
• A demonstrated track re-cord in implementing business and HR objectives.
• Superior interpersonal, coaching, communication, negotiation, and consultative skills.
• Namibian citizenship
• Driving license
• Minimum software skills required: Pastel, Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, Outlook & Word)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English / Afrikaans
• Problem solving skills, de-tail-orientated and quality focused
