Position: Human
Resources Assistant
Key Performance Area:
⦁ Maintaining & updating
employee database
⦁ Recruitment assistance
⦁ Payroll support and compliance, & Payroll data preparation
⦁ HR documentation and recordkeeping
Requirements:
⦁ A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Managementor Industrial Psychology
⦁ 3 years minimum working experience as an HR Assistant
⦁ Knowledge of HR functionsand Labour Act
⦁ Proficiency with SAGE Payroll system
⦁ Strong organizational, communication and administrative skills
⦁ Attention to details and ability to maintain confidentiality
⦁ Fully computer literate, able to prioritize and multitask
