HUMAN RESOURCES AND COUNCIL ADMINISTRATOR

POSITION:                                  1 x HUMAN RESOURCES AND COUNCIL ADMINISTRATOR  C1

SALARY SCALE:                             NS 120 274 – 125 233 per annum

TRANSPORT ALLOWANCE:      20% of the Annual Basic Salary

Housing Allowance:                      85% Council contribution

Medical AID:                                  NS 7 704 per annum

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• National Diploma (NQA level 6) in Human Resource Management or Public Management with Human Resources Management as a major subject
• 3 years appropriate experience in Human Resources

Environment

• Be a Namibian Citizen
• Profound knowledge of Local Governance
• Time Management, Planning, Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Sound knowledge of Council administration function writing submissions, minutes taking
• Driving License Code B

NB: Candidates with foreign qualifications must attach proof of evaluation of such qualification from Namibia Qualification Authority (NQA)
