HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR – Triple 1 Investment Cc

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records for security officers and administrative staff
• Coordinate recruitment, vetting, and onboarding processes
• Prepare employment contracts, HR correspondence, and disciplinary documentation
• Administer and process payroll
• Ensure compliance with labour legislation and security industry requirements
• Assist with the preparation of tenders
• Handle employee human resources queries confidentially and professionally

Requirements

• High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive matters tactfully
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer literacy
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in human resources administration
• Sound knowledge of Namibian labour laws
• Strong administrative, communication, and computer skills
• A valid Code B driver’s licence will be an added advantage
• A valid Certificate of Conduct obtained from the Namibian Police
• No criminal record
