MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 plus Diploma in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Labour Relations and Labour Law or Grade 12 with (3-5) years’ experience in Human Resource Management.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION: To be responsible for the day to day human resource operations, management and implementation of human resource and industrial relations legislations, policies and regulations.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor interpretation and implement personnel rules, recruitment regulations, labour Act and any related legislation.
- Keep and maintain staff development and wellness policies of the Council
- Monitor and maintain proper personnel records.
- Ensure to monitor, maintain and implement the Pension Act, withdrawals, funeral benefits, and provisions of the social security commission act, treasury instructions, government directives and any related matters.
- Ensure correct payments of timesheets, rental allowances, housing allowances or subsidies and any related matters.
- Maintain good relationship with trade unions and other stakeholders.
