Salary Notch : N$220,828 – N$263,911 per annum
Housing Allowance : N$13,080 per annum
Transport Allowance : N$7,680 per annum
Minimum requirements: A National Diploma at (NQF Level 6) majoring in Human Resources
Management.
Additional Requirements: Preferences will be given to candidates in position of a Bachelor
Degree (NQF Level 7) Majoring in Human Resources Management.
Main duties and responsibility:
 Interpret and ensure implementation of human resource policy guidelines.
 Process salaries on the payroll system.
 Process applications for pension admissions, amendments and withdrawals.
 Calculate and prepare individual notices regarding salary increments, service bonuses,
salary adjustments, occupational differentiation, overtime and leave gratuity.
 Calculate and process Housing Loan Scheme inclusive of housing subsidies and
allowances.
 Update staff establishment on a regular basis.
 Maintain leave and staff records of all personnel.
 Attend to personnel audit queries.
 Provide input to human resources reports and the compilation thereof.
 Provide secretarial services to human resource meetings (interviews, disciplinary actions,
training Committee, grievance procedures etc.).
