Scale of Salary : N$328,139 xP-N$392,158
Housing Allowance : N$13,080 per annum
Transport Allowance : N$7,680 per annum
Reporting Relationship:
The incumbent reports directly to the Chief Human Resource Policy Analyst Grade 5
Minimum Qualification Requirements: NQF Level 7 B – Degree in Human Resource Management
or an equivalent appropriate B – Degree plus appropriate 3 year’s experience in the HR field or
Human Resources Information Management Systems / HR Monitoring and Evaluation Systems.
Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate successful implementation of HCMS in the Public Service;
Conduct training of HR Practitioners in OMAs and RCs on Human Capital Management
System;
