Key functions and responsibilities:
- Maintains staff policies and procedures
- Facilitates Staff recruitment
- Maintains staff personnel files and leave records
- Ensures compliance to relevant labour practice and legislation
- Process Payroll and maintains staff payroll records
- Administers disciplinary procedures and grievances
- Ensures compliance to statutory obligation
Minimum Requirements: • A tertiary qualification in Human
- Resources or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in VIP payroll system
- Computer skills: MS Office and payroll system
- Relevant experience in a Human
- Resources Management
- Ability to work under pressure and independently
- High integrity and trustworthy
