PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To effectively administer, coordinate and deliver various Human Capital Services to enhance the O&L Fresh Produce employment experience and the attainment of the overall Human Capital & People Strategy..
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Coordinate all aspects of HC Administration regarding Recruitment, Selection, Placement & On-boarding.
Prepare, distribute and co-ordinate all Payroll documentation in area of responsibility.
Coordinate and administer training initiatives and source appropriate training programs for training needs identified by line managers.
Drive and coordinate the Affirmative Action agenda.
Drive all ER related incidents and processes in consultation with Group ER.
Coordinate & execute strategic HC projects (EE, OD, Employer of Choice, Wellness etc).
Coordinate the collection of data and completion of reports for OPS, SLT & BLR meetings respectively, and consolidate reports for submission to Manager Human Capital.
Maintain a high degree of internal and external customer satisfactions in area of responsibility.
Ensure the security of confidential documents and trade secrets.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
A minimum of 5 – 6 years relevant Human Capital experience of which 3 years should be in ER.
Code B Driver’s License.
HRMS Systems knowledge (SAP) would be an advantage.
