KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
• Facilitate change management initiatives and OD interventions that support organisational transformation.
Coordinate staff retention and succession planning initiatives
• Coordinating the performance management process
• Assist with Human Capital Analysis
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
• Bachelor’s degree [NQA Level 7] in Human Resources Management or related field
TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY
• Advance Excel
• Understanding of basic financial and accounting practices
PERSONAL QUALITY
• Analytical & assertive
