Manager: Human Capital Business Partners
Reports to: Executive Officer: Human Capital
Purpose of the Role
The position provides a strategic HC business partnership to business in all areas of Bank Windhoek. The Manager. HCBPs will lead a team of HCBPs to advise on people management matters and organisational solutions. Collaborate with various subsections namely Culture and Citizenship. Employment Relations. People Development. Recruitment and Shared Services to ensure required/ agreed service levels and provide appropriate and effective HC solutions to business challenges.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years’ experience in HC management with at least A years at a senior management level.
- Post graduate degree (preferred).
- Prior experience in project management would be an added advantage.
- Further Qualification in ER/HCD will be an advantage.
