Responsible for the application of the Client’s Management System in the worksites and, together with the worksite management.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Guarantee compliance with the legal aspects of Logistic Base activities
• Keep the records required by the Management System procedures in the Logistics Bose
• Implement prevention and protection measures in the Logistics Base
• Identify any new risk discovered at the Logistics Base
• Ensure that any accidents in the Logistics Base are duly reported and investigated
• Carry out safety inspections in the Logistics Base
• Reporting to client & Headquarter of the HSE activities (daily & weekly reports, internal training,
• inspections, incidents, environmental data etc…)
• Perform site inductions, apply the Project internal training matrix
• Administrative management of waste (register, transfer note etc…)

Qualifications and Competencies

• 5-10 years’ experience in the HSE
• Strong knowledge of international and local HSE standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills along with a deep emotional stability and an ability to interact with different interlocutors.
• Be familiar with the tools to improve safety awareness in the Logistics Base working Team, such as work permit, risk assessment and cause tree analysis
• Shall have at least 5 years of HSE practice experience in coordination and supervision and qualifications preferably in O&G industry and certified competences OSHA, NEBOSH, IOSH or similar recognized standards.
• English language compulsory.
• Must be able to pass background check including drug test.
• Must be able to stand and/or be on their feet 10-12 hours / day
• Must be able to lift 25 kg as needed
• Must be able to go up and down on ladder, steps, or other lifts as needed.
