Requirements:
• Must be Namibian resident
• Must have the relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field.
• +5 years experience in recruitment processes(Construction Industry would be an advantage)
• Advanced knowledge of Namibian Labour Legislation and statutes
• Implementation and administration of all company HR related policies & procedures
• Assist with international HR matters such as recruitment, onboarding and transfers
• Liaise with external service providers
• Provide input and draft changes to conditions of employment
• Provide advise and assist with Labour Relations matters such as: Dispute Resolution, Discipline, Grievances.
• Knowledge and experience working with organized labour
• Prior experience and willingness to work in a fast paced and stressful environment
