Primary purpose of position
To execute all delegated human resource administrative functions with a specific emphasis on
Payroll Administration, Human Resources Records, Information Administration, Recruitment
and Selection. To assist with the implementation and maintenance of operationally effective
administration processes relating to all staff matters. To provide general personnel records and
information/advisory support services.

Main Responsibilities
• Payroll administration.
• HR Administration, Compensation and Benefits
• Recruitment, Selection and Placement.
• Customer service oriented.
Educational and experience requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, 1-year relevant HR working experience in
administration and compensation, recruitment and selection and other relevant HR functions

Skills and Knowledge requirements
• Knowledge of the Labour Act
• Ability to work independently
• Strong Administrative skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to keep information confidential
• Computer literate: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• SAP R/3
