Job Description
The Challenge:

The HR Liaison Officer provides effective human resource, administrative, secretarial, and logistical support to the Head: Human Resources and the various HR section heads. The incumbent is required to uphold a high degree of confidentiality within HR Department and takes on the responsibility for maintaining and updating HR communication through all available tools to enhance the visibility of the HR department so as to successfully achieve departmental and company objectives.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements for the Position:

Diploma or Degree (NQF 7) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Relations, or an appropriate behavioral science qualification linked to the relevant experience.
Three (3) to Five (5) experience in a secretarial or public relations environment, with exposure to providing communication, PR/promotions services to senior managerial employees.
Code 08 Driver’s License
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Application of graphic design packages and project exposure would be advantageous.
