Requirements
- Grade 12
- A degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or related degree in humanities.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the fishing, manufacturing or Mining environment.
- Knowledge of the Namibian Labour act and relevant employment laws.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills. With attention to detail.
- Able to use own initiative and take quick decisions independently.
- Able to analyse and interpret situations promptly and report same to line management.
- Willing to work over weekends and public holidays, if required.
- Human resources coordinator must have excellent interpersonal skills and must ensure that confidentiality is maintained when managing employee information.
