We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious individuals to join our organisation.

The available positions is:

HR CLERK

JOB PURPOSE: Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources function to ensure a smooth running of the Human Resources Department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Assist, arrange and coordinate training for employees
* Ensure that all mandatory training is done i.e forklift training, fire fighters, first aiders, health and safety reps.
* Responsible for advertising of vacancies on the NIEIS portal on time and correctly
* Conduct screening of resumes received against the position description
* Provide list of best suited candidates
* Schedule and coordinate job interviews
* Assist with background and reference checks
* Assist with HR related queries
* Responsible for NTA claims submission
* Assist with the compiling of the annual AA report
* Responsible for uniform orders and distribution of uniform to stores/departments
* Monthly report

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

* Grade 12
* Qualification in Human Resources will be an advantage
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the HR environment.
* Must have knowledge of the FMCG environment
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong organizational skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Namibian Citizen.
