Duties & Responsibilities:

To assume full responsibility for the efficient operations of the hotel’s Housekeeping department

Ensure that a courteous and efficient service is provided to guests in line with the company’s values

Ensure that all employees employed in the housekeeping department are trained in accordance with company’s training and development goals.

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 (Certificate will be verified)

Tertiary Education related to Travel and Tourism will be an advantage

Fluent communication skills in English and Afrikaans

Minimum of 3 years previous experience in a similar position
