Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, nursing standards, and regulatory
- Lead quality improvement, infection prevention, and patient safety initiatives.
- Comprehensive knowledge of operating theatre practices and surgical instrumentation.
- Promote effective communication and professional working relationships.
- Manage nursing resources and maintain a safe, patient-centred environment.
- Draft, implement and review nursing policies and procedures
- Billing on the Trifour system.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with relevant Council registration
- Degree in Nursing; qualification in Nursing Administration or Healthcare Management added advantage
- Minimum 7 years’ nursing experience, at least 3 years in supervisory/management role
- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Provide Monthly reports
- Strong interpersonal, communication, conflict management skills
- Sound knowledge of hospital operations, quality assurance, infection prevention practices
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English. A third language added advantage
- Be Namibian Citizen or have valid PRP
