Minimum requirements:

Minimum Qualifications / Experience

1. Trade qualification and 3 years hands-on post qualification hands-on experience on heavy earthmoving equipment
2. Code U driver’s license
3. Working experience on Komatsu, Liebherr, Caterpillar and Volvo machinery
4. Auto electrical and/or automotive air conditioning experience Is a definite advantage
5. Successful candidate should have their own tools to perform required duties
6. Key Performance Areas:
7. Repairs of all plant found on site in accordance with OEM specifications
8. AII relevant/required documentation filled in correctly and in a timeous manner
9. Maintain a high safety standard in accordance with Basil Read policies/procedures
10. Maintain allocated vehicle in a clean and mechanically sound condition
