Salary Scale : N$269,189 – N$321,707
Minimum Requirements: An appropriate B-Degree or equivalent qualification on NQF Level 7.
Additional Requirements: The candidate should have B-Degree in Human Resource
Management / Public Management / Public Administration / Management / health related
qualification plus three (3) years appropriate experience in staff development and training
activities. Knowledge and skills on training needs assessment and career marketing will be
added advantage.
