Key Responsibilities
- The Health and Wellness Intern will provide administrative and operational support to the Health and Wellness Office while gaining practical workplace experience in employee wellness, occupational health awareness, counselling support, and wellness programme coordination in accordance with the B2GOLD Namibia Wellness Programme.
Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12 (NQF Level 4).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Industrial Psychology, Social Work, Human Resources Management, Social Sciences, Human Sciences or related field (NQF 7).
- Computer Literacy (MS Office).
- No prior experience required.
- A valid Code B driver’s license will be an added advantage.
