The DHPS is seeking applications of candidates for the head of administration position, who satisfy the requirements in the organizational, financial, personnel and strategic areas and are able to fill this position in a proficient, cooperative and convincing way. Financial planning and -monitoring, building management, personnel administration and management, as well as controlling and monitoring of work- and administration processes form a substantial part of the scope of activities.

Opportunity | Duty Requirement(s)

• University degree in the commercial sector/ administration
• several years of relevant professionl experience in a position of responsibility
• very good knowledge of al standard Microsoft applications and database processing
• excellent organizational skills and above-average ability to cope with a heavy workload
• pronounced ability to work in a team
• flixibility, commitment, pleasure of working, strong leadership skills
• thorough spoken and written skills of the German language as well as a good command of the English language
