We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and qualified chef/Managerto assist in running our Lodge close to Etosha.

Mondjila Lodge offers a fine dining & accommodation experience with several activities, such as game drives, walking trails, and bird watching. We also cater for several functions and Weddings.

The luxury tented room and family rooms, offers a real safari experience.

The successful applicant will have previous 15 yrs + experience in managing a large kitchen setting up menus, food costing, portioning and stock controls and ordering skills, as well as office administration and leadership skills, financial skills. In managing the day to day run of the Lodge.

We want someone with creativity and passion to help us enhance the overall dinning and lodge experience to our overseas guests and providing day to day on job TRAINING to our staff members.
