The individual will also be directing and controlling the administration division for Nam-mic Financial Services Holdings (Pty) Ltd, and its subsidiaries ensuring that procurement policies, best practices and service level agreements are established, monitored and maintained for optimal cost, process and quality efficiency. This position will form part of the management team and report to the Chief Executive Officer.

Requirements
- The successful candidate must hold a relevant post-graduate qualification in Accounting, Finance or related field, any professional qualification will be an added advantage and must have completed articles with a reputable audit or accounting firm.
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in Financial Accounting or management reporting is required, including at least three (3) years in a managerial role.
- The ideal candidate must demonstrate knowledge and understanding of IAS and IFRS, as well as Taxation rules and regulations. Computer literacy (MS Office), Leadership, Networking, Communication, Time and Project Management skills are essential.
