VACANCY: GRANTS MANAGER – REACH I XI
Duty Station: Windhoek. Head Office. Khomas Region

JOB SUMMARY
Managing the day-to-day accounting and finance requirements. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, is reliable and is committed to consistently meeting deadlines.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience working USAID grants.
• Strong knowledge of USG rules and regulations for cooperative agreements.
• Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience with accounting/ERP systems. QuickBooks experience will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with strong skills in Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.
• A valid (Code 08) driver’s license
• Willingness to travel out of duty station
