GRADUATE TRAINEE PROGRAMME OPPORTUNITY

New Era Publications Corporation (NEPC) is looking for dynamic, ambitious, and passionate individuals to join its Graduate Trainee Programme.

1. ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT: ACCOUNTS PAYABLE (WINDHOEK)

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Process and verify invoices for payment

• Creditor reconciliation

• Petty cash management

• Ensure journals are captured and processed

• Ensures the completion of purchase orders and requisitions

• Creditors/ Supplier age analysis

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

• Diploma [NQA Level 6] in Accounting and Finance or equivalent

TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY

• Knowledge in Pastel Accounting

• Understanding of basic financial and accounting practices

PERSONAL QUALITY

• Strong ability to work accurately and pay attention to detail.

• Numerical and analytical skills
