GRADER OPERATORS – LEWCOR GROUP

VACANCY 

We are offering a position to an experienced and dedicated person to join our team. The position is based in ARANDIS/SWAKOPMUND.

Key Requirements:

* Grade 12 or equivalent.
* Ability to understand and apply verbal and written work and safety-related instructions and procedures given in English.
* At least 2 years experience in open pit mine.
* Operator Competency Certificate (original) for CAT 16M Motor Grader
* Namibian ID.
* Valid Driver’s License.
* Valid Code of Conduct. (not older than 6 months)
* Contactable References.
* Own accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate graders to level and maintain mining roads and surfaces.
* Ensure proper blade alignment for effective grading and smoothing.
* Conduct daily equipment checks and log maintenance needs.
* Maintain clear roadways for efficient movement of vehicles and machinery.
* Follow safety regulations to prevent accidents or equipment damage.
