Grade Controller Required

Division: Dispatch (Rössing Site)
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To support dispatch operations through the accurate capture, recording and reporting of production data. The role is responsible for maintaining data integrity, monitoring material movement and ensuring timely communication to support efficient mining operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Capture and record operational data accurately using Microsoft Excel.
- Monitor and record material movement from the pit to the ROM and crusher.
- Maintain accurate production records and dispatch reports.
- Provide timely feedback to Operators and Dispatchers on production activities.
- Ensure all operational data is accurately captured within official control systems.
- Maintain detailed records to support production reporting and analysis.
- Operate two-way radio communication equipment to support operational coordination.
- Comply with all safety, operational and reporting procedures.
Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate (20 points minimum in six subjects)
- Valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage
- Qualification in Administration or a related field will be an added advantage
- Previous customer service experience will be advantageous
- Experience in operational data capturing or reporting will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Strong data capturing and reporting skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- Competent in the use of two-way radio communication systems
