WHAT WILL YOU DO:
Receive, process and finalize administration of all goods returned from customers.
Inspect returned stock to ensure it is not damaged or incomplete and still in its original packaging.
Generate tax credit notes.
Assist with telephone and all Helpdesk functions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Good administrative, time management and problem-solving skills.
Must be service-oriented, with a high level of integrity.
Ability to handle high work pressure.
Good product knowledge and customer relations skills.

Minimum Requirements:
Must have completed Grade 12 with minimum 22 marks.
Minimum 2 years’ Goods Returning experience in the Building or Retail industry.
Computer literate – knowledge of the “Kerridge” computer system will be an added advantage.
