GERMAN SPEAKING (Customer Service) – Lufthansa Group Company

Mandatory Requirements:

• Fluent German speaking individuals who can also speak English fluently.

• Eager individuals who would like to work from the comfort of their own home.

• Must have Certified Matric Certificate.

• Must have Certified ID Copy or Passport

• Must have clean credit history

• Must have clean criminal record

• Namibian Citizen or a Permanent resident and/or have Domicile.
• Security at Home
• You have the obligation to arrange for an appropriate safety and security standard in your house/apartment.
• Mobile phones or all other electronic devices must be switched off while you are working.
• Precautionary measures include but are not limited to; adequate locks for doors and windows to prevent intrusion to the premises.
• To verify your identity, we may issue home-based employees a token to be installed on a mobile phone or tablet provided by the employee.
  This is used to verify your identity whenever you connect to our systems.

• Must have ground fibre with 25Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed. When submitting your application please provide copies of your internet speed and proof of the fibre showing the required speed. Alternatively, be willing and able to upgrade to the required connection.

Nature of Role:

Permanent position.

• Call Centre work from home.

• Shift work and hours in accordance with Namibian labour law.

• All Equipment and training will be provided.

• N$ 25,000 cost to company per month
