THE COMPANY:

RESPONSABILITIES:
Moderate customer’s reviews and respond to their queries via email
Demonstrates clear and polite written and oral communication
Demonstrates appropriate sense of urgency for reviews and email response times and service levels
Follows company policies and processes in order to process customer requests appropriately
REQUIREMENTS:
Speak, read and write Deutsche/German fluently
Good interpersonal skills
Must be deadline and target driven
Computer literate
It is a compulsory requirement that you provide a stable internet connection, preferably Fibre with a minimum Data speed of 10mbps. Work related data usage will be approximately 10 GB per month.
