Job Grade: A Band

Purpose

• To effectively transport stock to clients and between different Megatech locations.
• To provide effective and efficient customer service by picking stock, loading, and unloading of stock.

Requirements

• Grade 12.
• Code C1 Drivers licence.
• Forklift 5T Licence.
• One year experience in a wholesale/retail environment.
• Knowledge of solar products will be an added advantage.
• Good Numerical skills.
• Communication and Interpersonal skills.
• A highly self-starter and team player.

Key Result Areas

• Delivery of stock to clients.
• Transporting of stock from /to different locations.
• Offloading stock containers from suppliers.
• Picking of products.
• Packing products in shelves and in dispatch area ready for dispatch.
• Mark and pack products in dispatch area ready for dispatch.
• Place all the stock and products into the right area/ racks in the store/warehouse.
• Loading & offloading of customer stock
• General store and warehouse duties.
• Partake in stock takes and cycle counts when assigned.
• Personal
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform other duties as reasonably assigned.
