GENERAL OFFICE SUPPORT – Broll Namibia

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

To provide efficient collection and delivery of mails, parcels to various Broll Namibia managed properties as well as external organizations and institutions. The incumbent is additionally responsible for keeping Broll Head Office building neat & tidy.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around office building including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals..
• Responsible for providing coffee and tea as needed.
• Securely delivers packages, documents, written and verbal messages, and other items to the intended location or recipient in a timely manner.
• Responsible for vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and practice safe driving habits.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

• Grade 12 certificate.
• 1+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Driver’s License – Code B (Compulsory).
