GENERAL MANAGER – TOYOTA MOTOR DIVISION

FRANS INDONGO GROUP, a loading motor dealership group In Namibia, is seeking to appoint a GENERAL MANAGER of the TOYOTA MOTOR DIVISION.
Key Performance Areas
• Implementation of the centralized function of the motor division
• Standardisation of systems, procedures and policies
• Ensuring optimum efficiency of the motor division
• Monitoring and control
• Expansion and growth of the market share of the dealerships, while continuously optimizing profitability and return on funds employed
• Leading and building motivated capable teams living the Indongo Way
Competencies / Skills
• Proven leadership qualities, with ability to function independently
• Dynamic and energetic with a high drive for success
• Good communication skills
• Ability to oversee various dealerships
• Leadership skills / employee management
• Highly professional
Experience and Qualifications
• Namibian Citizen
• Previous experience as a General Manager or a senior managerial leader, underpinned by commercial success
• Toyota franchise experience will be advantageous
