The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing three meals per day – breakfast, lunch and dinner – primarily Indian vegetarian cuisine, for a team of 30+ people, while also preparing continental vegetarian meals when required.

Minimum 5+ years international experience in travel & tourism
Strong negotiations and communications skills
Strong knowledge of IATA rules and regulations (Mandatory)
Strong GDS knowledge (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) (Mandatory)
Strong knowledge on processing manual exchange and refunds on all GDS systems
Deep understanding of African & global travel markets, currencies & exchange rate
Compulsory experience of managing Branch overall operation including financials, operating expenses, budgeting
Graduation Degree
