The Namibia Training Authority is inviting applications for the following position.

GENERAL MANAGER: TECHNICAL AND VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING (TVET) REGULATION (GRADE E2) (5-YEAR CONTRACT)

Duty Station: Head Office

Reporting to: Chief Operations Officer

Purpose: To lead the regulatory function and TVET quality processes of the NTA.

Key Performance Areas:

• Strategic Planning and Management
• TVET Regulation, Research and Quality Processes
• Operational Reporting
• Financial and Risk Management
• People Management
• Stakeholder Relationship Management

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant Master’s Degree (NQF Level 9);
• 10 years’ relevant experience of which at least

5 years must have been at middle/senior management level – TVET sector exposure at national, regional and international level will serve as an added advantage.
