WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management/ Business Administration.
- 10 years’ experience in a senior Management role, at a 4 star or 5 star Hotel or Lodge.
- International Hotel experience will be an added advantage.
WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU?
- Lead the Formulation, execution, and evaluation of Operational Strategies.
- Lead, support, report and ensure compliance to all Efficiency Ratios.
- Ensure compliance to all Quality and Guest Experience Standards as defined for each property.
- Ensure conformity/compliance to risk enterprise, security, occupational Health and Safety and Environmental management System requirements.
