The Namibia Training Authority is inviting applications for the following position.
General Manager:
Finance And Administration (Grade E2)
Duty Station: Reporting to Purpose:
Head Office
Chief Executive Officer
To strategically lead and manage the Finance and Administration Department of the NTA.

⦁ Stakeholder Management
⦁ Budget
⦁ Risk Management
⦁ Leadership
Other Competencies:
⦁ Accounting skills
⦁ Interpersonal skills
⦁ Leadership skills
⦁ Communication skills
Qualifications and Experience:
⦁ A Masters Degree in Financial Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution (NQF Level 9).
⦁ Ten (10) years relevant experience of which 5 years are senior management or middle management level.
