Position Overview:
As the General Manager at Andrada Mining, you will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of our mining operations. This leadership role will play a critical part in achieving our production goals, maintaining safety standards, and fostering a culture of innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operational Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to all operational aspects of the mining activities, ensuring efficient production and cost control.
• Safety and Compliance: Promote and enforce a culture of safety, health, and environmental compliance throughout the organization.
• Resource Management: Effectively allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and budgets, to optimize production and profitability.
• Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with regulatory bodies, local communities, and indigenousgroups. representing the company’s interests.
• Innovation and Efficiency: Drive innovation in mining processes, technology, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Risk Management Identify and mitigate operational risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure business continuity.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering. Geology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the mining industry.
• Strong knowledge of mining regulations, safety standards, and environmental best practices.
