GENERAL MANAGER

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in a relevant discipline – essential
10 years’ experience as a General Manager or Operations General Manager at a 4 or 5* Hotel, with 100 plus rooms and a large work force (250 staff).
Strong business acumen with experience increasing profitability and budgeting.
Strategic thinker with experience formulating, implementing, enforcing, and monitoring world class operational and financial policies, procedures, and controls.
Proficiency in MS Office, Micros, MC and Opera – non-negotiable.
Well-developed understanding of operationalising Brands
Good F&B knowledge to drive Culinary Experience Strategy
Strong approachable leader with excellent organisational, delegation and staff development skills
Stable employment history that displays, longevity and excellence.
