POSITION: 2 X GENERAL LABOURERS: A2 (SANITATION)

PURPOSE; To provide support to Foreman. Solid Waste in carrying out all things related to removal and solid waste management operations in order to ensure a healthy environment as part of the service of the municipality to the public.

REPORTING LINE: Foreman Solid Waste

DUTY STATION: Gobabis Municipality

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

• Collection of all househould refuse, garden refuse and building rubble within the border limits of the Gobabis Municipality on a daily basis
• Empties concrete refuse drums and skip containers on a daily basis within the boarders of Gobabis municipality
• Performs adhoc tasks within fob scope upon request from Supervisor

JOE SPECIFICATIONS:

• Grade 8
• Minimum three (3) months work experience as general labourer
• Basic communication skills
