GENERAL LABOURER – Namib Mills

Generally, a Grade 10 or 12 certificate is preferred, along with a strong emphasis on physical fitness and manual dexterity. Prior experience in a factory, warehouse, or similar industrial environment can be beneficial but is often not strictly required.

Daily tasks often include loading and unloading materials, moving goods within the facility, general cleaning, and assisting skilled workers as needed. Labourers are also responsible for adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a tidy work area.
