Qualifications and Requirements
• 5-10 years’ experience as factory manager in the diamond industry.
• Developing and executing of business strategies.
• Overseeing company’s business operations
• Supervising, delegating executives in their duties.
• Site viewings.
• Complete knowledge and understanding of rough diamond buying and manufacturing.
• Good spoken English
• Computer literate
• Grade 12 and Tertiary Educated
• Police Clearance is a mandatory requirement.
