Directing the overall operations of the various casino departments

• Implement and manages operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and proht objectives
• Ensures enforcement of games procedures und policies as outlined in company and department manuals and In accordance with Internal Controls.
• Monitors for compliance
• formulating budgets lor presentation to the Board and maintain the group budget file
• Interpretation of dally / month end financial results
• Preparing/Compiling and presenting month end management and financial reports for presentation to the Board of Directors
• Monitoring all Casino revenues across the group
• Ensure Surveillance procedures and strategies are Implemented to prevent fraud

REQUIRED SKIllS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Gaming Management Certification or 15 yean Gam ng Management F «per>encr
• Strong entrepreneurial capabilities
• Strong financial acumen
• Experience managing at an executive level
• Demonstrated leadership and command skills;
• Extensive gaming product management and product development knowledge and experience.
• Experience in a high level development environment, collaborating cross functional and cross organization
