FRONT LINE OFFICER X1 WINDHOEK

The Front-Line Officer is responsible for ensuring that the function of the front office runs smoothly, providing efficient and timely support to the head of departments and the business as a whole, He/she is also required to perform day-to-day admin related activities;

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12, or Certificate in Office Administration, or Secretarial or equivalent
• Work experience in secretarial and/or reception or better
• Must be computer literate
• Excellent communication skills, Customer Service
• Ability to work under pressure, competent
• Proficient in English (Verbal and written)
