Front-Desk Sales Representative
Vacancy based In:
Walvis Bay
Main Responsibilities
Liaise with clients on then specific needs and provide excellent customer service
Invoicing clients
Create and provide quotations
Effective control of receiving and issuing stock
Dally/weekly/monthly stock taking
Determining correct replacement/spare parts
Sourcing correct parts
General sales administration
An/ other task assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
Grade 12 certificate
Automotive industry sales experience
Auto-electrical experience will be an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic mathematical skills
Excellent knowledge in MS Office (specifically Word and Excel)
Workable knowledge on Pastel software
The successful incumbent must be fully bilingual
