Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to all guests.
- Receive and process in-room dining orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all food and beverage orders are delivered to guest rooms promptly and according to company standards.
- Set up, present, and clear in-room dining trays and trolleys in a professional manner.
- Promote menu items, beverages, and daily specials to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Respond to guest requests, enquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, promotions, and hotel facilities.
- Ensure in-room dining stations, equipment, trays, and trolleys are clean, stocked, and well-presented at all times.
- Collect and clear used trays and trolleys from guest rooms in a timely manner.
- Process guest charges accurately and follow company procedures.
- Work closely with the Kitchen, Front Office, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all health, safety, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Maintain company grooming and appearance standards.
- Participate in training and development initiatives to improve skills and service standards.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned by Management.
