Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to all guests.
  • Receive and process in-room dining orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure all food and beverage orders are delivered to guest rooms promptly and according to company standards.
  • Set up, present, and clear in-room dining trays and trolleys in a professional manner.
  • Promote menu items, beverages, and daily specials to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
  • Respond to guest requests, enquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, promotions, and hotel facilities.
  • Ensure in-room dining stations, equipment, trays, and trolleys are clean, stocked, and well-presented at all times.

  • Process guest charges accurately and follow company procedures.
  • Work closely with the Kitchen, Front Office, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
